ROOFERS LOCAL 210 JATC

We give the chance to earn money while learning your new career.  Our program consists of 3 years of schooling (144 hours each year) combined with 4500 hours on On-The-Job training, that earns you a Journeyperson Card once completed.  During your apprenticeship, you will take increases in pay with progression to the next level at predetermined hour increments.  It usually takes about 3-5 years to complete our program and go from starting rate to the top rate.  We fully fund our own program.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 18 years old

  • High School Diploma/GED

  • Drivers License

  • Reliable Transportation

  • Able to work at heights

  • Be able to lift 40 lbs continuously

  • Able to work outdoors in both heat and cold

PA APPRENTICE RATES

  • 55%  is from 501-1550 hours at $18.70/hr + $0.00 H&W + $0.33 NRIPP + $0.00 MPPP + $0.35 JATC

  • 60% is from 501-1550 hours at $20.40/hr + $8.65 H&W + $0.58NRIPP + $0.35 MPPP + $0.70 JATC

  • 70% is from 1551-2500 hours at $23.80/hr + $8.65 H&W + $0.58 NRIPP + $0.35 MPPP + $0.70 JATC

  • 80% is from 2501-3550 hours at $27.20/hr  + $8.65 H&W + $0.58 NRIPP + $0.35 MPPP + $0.70 JATC

  • 90% is from 3551-4500 hours at $30.60/hr + $8.65 H&W + FULL NRIPP + $0.35 MPPP + $0.70 JATC

  • Journeyman $34.00/hr + FULL BENEFITS
